The website https://eniko-sourcecode.com (hereinafter referred to as the „Website”) is established, maintained, and operated by Szántó Enikő (registered office: 6050 Lajosmizse, Városház tér 6. fsz.4.) (hereinafter referred to as the „Owner,” „Authorized Party,” or „Data Controller”) for informational and contact purposes, at all times adhering to the principles of fair and transparent data processing and following the mandatory principles of data processing in accordance with Article 5 of the GDPR Regulation. The Data Controller declares that it respects the privacy of all individuals who provide personal data and is committed to their protection. In compliance with legal requirements, the Data Controller treats the personal data provided by visitors confidentially and takes all security and technical measures to protect them, ensuring their safety. The purpose of the Operator is to respect the privacy of visitors, comply with the basic regulations regarding data processing, and prevent abuses with their personal data. The Operator requests only the provision of personal data that is minimally necessary for the purpose of data processing and does not require the provision of data that qualifies as sensitive data for registration.

In accordance with Article 37 of the GDPR Regulation, the Data Controller is not obliged to appoint a data protection officer.

Please read the following statement and information carefully to fully understand how we handle your personal data and to learn about your rights regarding data processing. Additionally, please read the Data Processing Policy!

You are entitled to visit a part of the website free of charge and without providing any personal data about yourself.

Please note that access to certain parts of the website requires registration. During registration, you may be required to provide information that qualifies as personal data voluntarily, without any legal obligation. The personal data obtained during registration is securely stored and not made accessible to third parties, unless required by law or with your prior consent.
Please consider the above before proceeding with the registration, and if you do not wish to provide personal data, you may choose not to register.
The Owner only stores the personal data of visitors (name, email address) if they voluntarily provide them as data subjects. The Owner is entitled to use the voluntarily provided data in accordance with the GDPR Regulation and the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information.
The Owner does not intend to collect any personal information from minors, individuals with limited legal capacity, or individuals lacking legal capacity without the consent of their parent, guardian, or legal representative. Considering that children or individuals with partially or completely limited legal capacity may be subject to unauthorized use of data provided on the internet, we kindly ask parents and/or legal representatives to inform their children or individuals under their guardianship about the responsible and secure handling of personal data during internet use.
Please be informed that if you voluntarily provide your data, primarily your name or email address, the Owner may contact you. As the data subject, you have the right, in accordance with the data protection laws, to request information from the Owner in writing about the processing of your personal data and, if data processing is taking place, about the purpose of the processing, the categories of data being processed, the recipients, the duration of storage or the criteria for determining the storage period, and the right to file a complaint. You can also request the erasure or modification of your registered personal data from the Owner (contact: eniko.szanto82@gmail.com). In case of refusal to provide information, you have the right to resort to judicial remedy or contact the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. In addition to the above, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you disagree with the decision made by the data controller based on your objection, you can bring a case to court.

We inform you that the request for correction or modification does not affect the obligation to retain documents according to other laws (Accounting Act, VAT Act) arising from previous invoices from previous orders. The correction or modification will be made immediately, but no later than within 5 (five) working days.

The website also records your computer’s internet address (IP address), the content you viewed on the website, and the link through which you navigated to the website. These data are stored in a manner that cannot be linked to your identity, and we use them to analyze statistical data. Based on this analysis, we determine how often and for how long certain services or content are accessed.

The IP addresses serve solely for statistical purposes, except in cases where there is a well-founded suspicion of committing an infringement from a specific IP address.

The Controller handles personal data until the withdrawal of consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to the Controller’s email address. In this case, the data will be deleted from the Controller’s system without undue delay, but no later than within 5 (five) working days. In addition, the provided data will be deleted simultaneously with the deletion of the registration. The withdrawal or deletion does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing based on consent prior to withdrawal, nor does it affect the Controller’s legal obligation to retain accounting documents for 8 (eight) years according to Section 169(2) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting, or if it is necessary for presenting, enforcing, or defending legal claims, as stated in Paragraph 65 of the GDPR Regulation’s Preamble. You also have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.

The Owner takes all reasonable measures expected in good faith to protect the personal data of website users from unauthorized access. Different levels of access rights to various databases also contribute to the protection of users’ personal data, ensuring that only designated individuals are authorized to access certain personal data, to the extent necessary for their activities.

The Controller only requests and processes personal data that is essential and suitable for the purpose of data processing. Personal data can only be processed to the extent and duration necessary to achieve the intended purpose. During data processing, the accuracy, completeness, and, if necessary for the purpose of data processing, up-to-dateness of the data must be ensured, and the data subject should only be identifiable for the time necessary for the data processing purpose. However, the Controller does not verify the provided personal data, and the responsibility for their accuracy lies solely with the person providing them.
